For first-time use or after a long period of inactivity:
Turn the bottle completely upside down (with the pump facing downward) and let it sit for 5–10 minutes. This allows the high-viscosity formula to flow toward the pump fully.
While keeping the bottle inverted, press the pump all the way down to dispense the product.
For daily use:
Before each use, simply invert the bottle for 15–30 seconds.
One full press is enough to dispense the product smoothly and consistently.
Keep the bottle upright and press the pump fully 12–20 times to expel the air inside.
Once the product is dispensed for the first time, future use becomes much easier. Just one full press is enough each time.
No need to invert the bottle again or repeat multiple pumps.
Why does a 10ml bottle only contain 5ml of product?
This is not underfilling, but an intentional airless design. A proper air chamber is required to create pressure for full dispensing with no waste or residue.
