      Here are some tips and guidance for eyelash extensions, especially for new lash technicians and new application customers. Hope these are helpful for you and your own clients.

      What is the width of your lash tape?

      We can make the lash tape of 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm. The lashes on 3mm tape is much thicker, and the lashes on 2mm tape is easily picked up. Anyway, we use the best quality tapes to guarantee an easy pick and no residue for lashes. You can choose any size you like.

      How long is the lash curl lasting?

      All curls are shaped under high temperature, under strict quality control according to international standard curl pattern, can last at least one year after production.

      Can I apply mascara to eyelash extensions?

      Yes, even though mascara is not really required since the extensions actually give the illusion of wearing mascara. DO NOT USE OIL-BASED Only WATER-PROOF MASCARA. Any type of oil based mascara can dissolve the bonding agent and shorten the life of your eyelash extensions causing them to fall sooner. Care also needs to be taken in washing off the mascara. Only use a water based eye makeup remover.

      How long do they last?

      Eyelash extensions last an average of 3-4 weeks, as a result of proper aftercare routine. To have your eyelash extensions always looking their best, fills are recommended 2-3 weeks from the initial application.

      How do I look after my lash extensions?

      Semi-permanent eyelash extensions are wonderful because they are completely low-maintenance. First of all, you cannot get the eyelash extensions wet for 24 hours after they are applied. Also, you cannot use any oil based makeup removers or products on the lashes or around the eyes. What’s more, the best care for these lashes is to just keep the eye area clean, which is why they are so great – you will revel in the time it saves you in the morning when you pop out of bed looking bright-eyed as though your mascara and eye makeup is already done!

      Can I continue with my sports routine with eyelash extensions?

      YES! After 24 hours you can go swimming with your extensions, work out, still enjoy your steam rooms, and normal everyday activity because the extension becomes waterproof!

      Do eyelash extensions come in different colors?

      RETURN POLICY
      Due to sanitary reasons, Veyelash cannot accept returns of products after the packaging has been opened. Veyelash prides ourselves on ensuring our product is of the highest quality. All our product goes through a strict quality inspection prior to being approved to ship. In the rare instance, that a proven defective product has been shipped, buyer should notify Veyelash within seven days of receipt via email (service@veyelashfactory.com). If return is approved, buyer will be contacted with return instructions. Veyelash reserves the right to replace or refund the purchase price of the defective product.


      IN NO EVENT WILL VEYELASHEXTENSION OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES LIABILITIES, SUITS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, PENALTIES, FINES, SETTLEMENTS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING COURTS COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEYS FEES INCIDENT THERETO. BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS VEYELASHEXTENSION FOR ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND ACTIONS IN EACH CASE.

      If you purchase an incorrect item, you no longer need the item, or the product is not the item you want to order, you can return it to us in its original (unopened/unused) state for exchange, But the shipping cost needs to be borne by the customer.
      If you choose to replace the defective product, we will send you a return shipping label via email so that you can return the defective product. After receiving and checking whether the product complies with this return policy, we will immediately send you a replacement product for free.
      Note: If you receive a defective product and you urgently need to replace it (before we receive your defective product), you will need to place a new order for that product. After receiving the original defective product, the newly placed order will be fully refunded.

We will not be liable for lost or stolen packages. Estimate processing dates are for in stock items only.
