Customers can return the un-used shoes within 30 days of receiving for a refund, please contact our customer support at email@example.com and we are happy to assist you with your request.
If 30 days have gone by since your delivery' date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After our warehouse inspects your returned, all returns are subjected to 15% restocking fees. We will issue the partial refund of the initial order of less than 15% of the original purchase to the payment method that you used when placing the order.
Tips: We do not accept returns for socks and insoles items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully. If you return an irrelevant product or the original product is damaged, you need to explain the situation to us, and we will identify the amount of refund to you. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less of the original payment, within a 2-3 business day.
Exchanges / Store Credit
Unopened products may be returned for a refund back to the same account used during the purchase process or for exchange.
Defective products, at your discretion, can be exchanged or refunded. If you opted for an exchange, an equal item will be shipped to you. If such an item has been discontinued or is out of stock, a refund will be issued back to the same account it was charged from.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.
If received a defective product and require a replacement product urgently (before we receive your defective product), you will need to place a new order for that item. Once the original defective product is received, a full refund will be issue back for the new order placed.
If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to Contact Us immediately to process your request. If your order has already shipped, you will need to responsible for any shipping fees.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
